If your item(s) happen to arrive to you damaged or faulty, please notify us by emailing email@example.com or by calling our store on 02 9999 6966 within 48 hours of your parcel being received.
Before your return can be processed, you must either send the item(s) back to us or send images if requested. Shipping charges are not refundable.
We not do accept returns on change of mind unless the item(s) are returned to us within 7 days, in original packaging and unopened.
We do not accept returns of pillows, quilts or toppers due to health regulations so please chose carefully.
